Shipping rates
We use Royal Mail First Class or UK Mail as our carrier .Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the total items to be shipped.
We have minimised all postage and packing costs and have secured the fastest delivery method at the cheapest price. This results in getting the products as quickly as possible for the least cost.
The precise shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout after adding together the total weight of products to be shipped. If you have a large order then please contact us to discuss the most cost effective shipping rate.
If you live in the North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire, The Ilse of Man or the Channel Islands then please contact us for specific shipping rates.
Despatch and Delivery
Orders are normally despatched between Monday and Friday (excluding UK Public Bank holidays). Please allow 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery. If you are not able to take delivery then the shipper should leave a card advising delivery has been attempted.
