Returns Policy and Procedure

We have confidence that you will be pleased with your purchase.

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.


If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition and/or a reasonable time, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or make a suitable deduction of the original selling price from the refund amount.


ALL returns need to be authorised beforehand and we will allocate a 'Return Item Number' that will need to be sent  with your returned item. 

All returns without a Return Item Number won't be able to be tracked so ensure you obtain a number beforehand and enclose it with the item.


To obtain a Return Item Number' please send an email to returns@oaklandoutdoor.co.uk include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  • We will email you back with instructions for returning the products
  • For larger items we can arrange for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return.
Please note: We will only refund the price of the item to the original purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.  A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
